footpath.ai isn't just a database of walking infrastructure networks and assets. It provides a consistent, holistic, and global view of the sidewalk networks for a range of applications including infrastructure and asset management, liveable city planning, regulatory compliance assessment, metaverse, route planning for sidewalk robot deliveries, and many more.
We are building a large-scale and global dataset that contains high-resolution 360° sidewalk-level images with fine-grained semantic segmentation that enables detailed urban feature extraction with a focus on walkability and automated delivery robots' perception and localization.
We are developing AI-powered models to generate HD maps of sidewalk networks containing significantly more detailed information than those found in conventional maps including graph, physical and environmental factors.
